Kaleigh Darty is a fierce advocate with a deep commitment to justice and an unwavering dedication to those who need it most. Known for her compassionate yet relentless approach, Kaleigh has built her practice around serving some of the most underprivileged and underserved individuals—clients who often feel unheard, overlooked, or powerless within the legal system. Her clients know her as a lawyer who listens first, then acts decisively— strategic in the courtroom, professional in every setting, and unyielding when their rights are on the line.
Kaleigh graduated from Statesville High School in 2012, where she demonstrated early leadership as captain of the cheerleading team while also competing in soccer and track. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University in 2016, along with a minor in Spanish.
Kaleigh earned admission to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law on an academic scholarship. During law school, she distinguished herself as a member of The First Amendment Law Review and the Holderness Moot Court Team. Her exceptional oral advocacy skills earned her a first-place regional ranking and a third-place national ranking, achievements that led to her induction into The Order of the Barristers—a prestigious honor awarded to only five graduates in her class at UNC School of Law. In 2023, Kaleigh served as President of the Iredell County District Bar.
